Pacific Mediation is led by James D. Shipman, an AAML-certified family law mediator with more than 28 years of experience in Washington state. Over the past 21 years, he has conducted more than 3,000 mediations and arbitrations.
James focuses on helping families resolve disputes without going to trial. His approach is practical and guided by Washington law, working toward outcomes that reflect each client’s goals within realistic expectations. Pacific Mediation offers mediations via Zoom, at James’s office, or at your location.
